The student assumes the cost of tuition, uniforms, nametags, textbooks, watch, shoes, stethoscope, graduation expenses and incidentals. Transportation, medical expenses, meals and living accommodations are also the responsibility of the student. All fees stated below are non-refundable.
Application Fee – $30
Payable with submission of application. See Admissions page to download an application.
Acceptance Fee -$50
Submit with acceptance letter to secure position in class offered.
Supplies Fee – call for current fee schedule
Includes uniforms, books, supplies, testing materials, Malpractice insurance premium, and graduation costs. These fees are non-refundable. Books may be purchased independently of program, but current editions will be required. A book list will be provided, once accepted to the program, prior to orientation
Class Transfer Fee – $100
If a student requests admittance to a future class on or after the scheduled class orientation there will be a non-refundable fee to facilitate the transfer.
Tuition
Tuition may be paid in two payments half of the tuition is due prior to beginning the program, the second half is due at the midway point of the program. Students who have not lived in Pennsylvania for one year will pay out of state tuition. Call for current tuition schedule.
Financial Aid
The program participates in the Federal Family Educational Loan Program, which offers Federal Stafford Loans and Pell Grants for eligible students. Students desiring financial aid must attend a Financial Aid Workshop before beginning the program. All students should carefully consider how to gather financial resources to pay for his/her education. The Financial Aid Administrator is a good resource to assist you with this planning process.
Miscellaneous
Students are responsible for personal clothing, living accommodations, meals, health insurance, medical expenses, and transportation. The student will need to wear school name tag, a watch with a second hand, all white nursing shoes and appropriate undergarments when in uniform.
